Dr. Brian Gradisek
Dr. Gradisek is a fellowship trained and board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. He completed a 3-year residency at an esteemed program where he trained in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery. He then completed an elective 1-year Fellowship program at the internationally recognized Weil Foot, Ankle, and Orthopedic Institute in Chicago under the mentorship of Dr. Weil where he focused on advanced reconstructive foot and ankle surgery as well as sports medicine. He is one of the few fellowship-trained podiatrist in the United States. Due to his advanced level of training and understanding of modern techniques, he can get you back on your feet and back to the activities you love much faster than most other surgeons. Dr. Gradisek's expertise includes Reconstructive Foot & Ankle Surgery, Arthroscopy, Trauma, Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, and Pediatrics. He also specializes in bilateral surgery, meaning he can fix both of your feet at the same time!
When Dr. Gradisek is not in the office he enjoys spending time with wife, son, and daughter hiking, biking, skiing, fly fishing, golfing, climbing, camping and anything that gets him outdoors.

Dr. Nicole M. Roth

Dr. Roth is Board certified in foot surgery as well as reconstructive hindfoot and ankle surgery. She is an Ohio native who completed her medical school at Kent State University of podiatric medicine. She and her family relocated to South Florida where she completed a three-year surgical training program at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis Florida. She remained in Palm Beach after residency where she joined the Orthopedic Center. During her time practicing in Palm Beach she held teaching positions for the foot and ankle surgical program at JFK Medical Center from 2014-2018. She also held a clinical teaching position for the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine from 2016-2018. Dr. Roth then left South Florida as her husband’s employment brought them to beautiful Boulder, Colorado where they now happily call home.
Dr. Roth is trained not only in the non-surgical and surgical management of foot and ankle conditions but she is also trained in non-surgical and surgical management of complex foot and ankle deformity correction, trauma, and fractures.
